EMPOWER PROGRAMME IN IDEE
Empower is a Capacity building, training and mentoring programme which support people to gain employable skills, behavioral competence, Project management and training on curriculum vitea development, writing cover letters, building interview skills and mentoring process for career development.
Activity Days: Mondays by 11:00am at the IDEE head office at Tudun Wada.
OBJECTIVIES
+ Training and development programme to help people achieve their DESIRED JOB.
+ Capacity development and mentoring program for people to bring out the best in them. To support people secure jobs and make wealth through employability skill development process. Trainings include curriculum vitae development, writing cover letters, building interview skills and mentoring process for career development.
+ To addresses the challenge that fresh graduate and many unemployed youths face: little or no employable skills.
+ To mentor and advise fresh graduates and undergraduates to take on volunteer services that can enable them acquire employable skills.
+ Equip graduates with basic skills required for their desired jobs
